Protocol tips

Protocol tips
Dilute the reagent
1:1000 in complete medium
(5 μM final concentration).

Publication protocol

cells were seeded at a density of 200,000 cells/well in a 6-well plate and transfected using the protocol described above. At approximately 24 h after transfection, medium was replaced and cells were replated at a density of 1000 cells/well in a 96-well plate. After 24 h, cells were either left non-radiated or irradiated using a 8 Gy dose of radiation and caspase 3/7 reagent (Essen Bioscience, Ann Arbor, MI, USA) was added to the wells at 1:1000 dilution. Caspase 3/7 activity was monitored in real-time using an incucyte machine and plotted as mean values from multiple replicates per experimental condition. The experiment was replicated 2 times.
