Starve cells in serum free media for 16 hours

Publication protocol

After transfection with the miRNA inhibitor, miRNA mimic, or siRNA, the cells were starved in serum‐free media for 16 h. Subsequently, the in vitro invasion assay was carried out using the CultreCoat 96‐well BME Cell Invasion Assay Kit (Trevigen, Gaithersburg, MD, USA) as previously described.19 Experiments were carried out six times.
