Transient transfection and GFP reporter assays
Cells were plated in six-well plates at a density of 3×105 cells per well and incubated overnight. Cells were transfected with GFP/pSURV using X-tremeGENE HP DNA Transfection Reagent (Roche, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. After 48 h of transfection, the GFP/pSURV tansfection efficiency of HepG2 and L02 cells were detected by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry (FCM).
