Publication protocol
PCR products were cleaned up and size selected using the Agencourt Ampure XP beads kit (Beckman Coulter, # A63880), using a two-step purification with 1:1.2 and 1:1.5 DNA to beads ratios. Samples were quantified using the QUBIT dsDNA HS Assay Kit (Thermo Fisher Q32854), pooled at a 2 nM concentration and submitted for sequencing on one HiSeq2500 (Illumina) lane, using the Rapid Mode (60 cycles).Full paper Login or join for free to view the full paper.

About nuclease-free water in DNA quantification
Hi everyone! I have a question about DNA quantification. Do I need to use nuclease-free water for DNA quantification and are there any repercussions if I don’t use any?
