Upstream tips
- tissue were homogenized in cold PBS solution (20 mg/ml) and centrifuged at 10 000× g for 5 min before the treatment.

Publication protocol

Total ROS in tumor tissues were measured using the Oxiselect In Vitro ROS/RNS Assay Kit (Cell Biolabs), following the manufacturer's instructions. Briefly, tumor tissues were homogenized in cold PBS solution (20 mg/ml) and centrifuged at 10 000× g for 5 min. The supernatant was collected for the assay. The fluorescence (Ex480 nm/Em530 nM) was measured using the Synergy HT Multi-Mode Microplate Reader (Bio-Tek instruments, Inc).
