Publication protocol

The aortas obtained from mice in each groups were homogenized with 100 μL RIPA Lysis Buffer. The homogenate was placed on ice for 1 h then centrifuged at 15000 for 15 minutes at 4°C. The supernatant was collected and denatured in boiling water for 8 min. The protein samples were stored at −20°C until further analysis.
