	Extraction of total RNA from cells (control and experimental) with 105 cells/mL concentration was done using HiPure kit (HiMedia, India), following the instructions of manufacturer.The quantity and quality of the extracted RNA was checked with spectrophotometer at 260 and 280 nmand by agarose gel electrophoresis.

Extraction of total RNA from cells (control and experimental) with 105 cells/mL concentration was done using HiPure kit (HiMedia, India), following the instructions of manufacturer.The quantity and quality of the extracted RNA was checked with spectrophotometer at 260 and 280 nmand by agarose gel electrophoresis. Reverse transcription reaction was performed using 1 𝜇g of RNA with high-capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit (Applied Biosystems, USA) in a GeneAmp PCR System2720ThermalCycler (Applied Biosystems, USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
