- The maximum recommended input of cells is 3 x 106.		- Traces of salt from the binding step may remain in the sample if the column is not washed three times with Wash Solution A. Salt may interfere with downstream applications, and thus must be washed from the column. - Ensure that 90 mL of 96 - 100% ethanol is added to the supplied Wash Solution A prior to use for poor RNA recovery.

Publication protocol

Nuclear and cytoplasmic RNAs were isolated using the Cytoplasmic & Nuclear RNA Purification Kit from Norgen Biotek Corp. (catalog no. 21000) according to the vendor’s protocol. All RNA preparations were subjected to DNase treatment twice using the DNA-free kit (Thermo Fisher, catalog no. AM1906).
