- DNase is not supplied with this kit, a DNase kit is available which is compatible with this kit.

Publication protocol

Total RNA was extracted using PureLink Mini RNA kit (Life Technologies). cDNA was synthesized from 1 μg of total RNA using QuantiTect Reverse Transcription kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA). To ensure effective reduction of ATG5 mRNA, relative ATG5 expression was measured by semi-quantitative real-time PCR using a LightCycler 480 (Roche, Indianapolis, IN).
