Publication protocol

The normal glial cell line, HEB, and the human glioma cell lines, U251, T98G, and SHG44, were purchased from Shanghai Beinuo Biotech Co., Ltd. Cells were cultured in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM) including 10% fetal calf serum, penicillin and streptomycin 100 U/mL (HyClone Laboratories Inc., South Logan, UT, USA) in an incubator at 37°C in 5% CO2.
