Publication protocol

Primary human gingival fibroblasts, PDL cells and osteoblasts were seeded at a density of 10’000 cells per 24-well plate on control tissue culture plastic, with 20% conditioned media from PRP and 10% FBS. At 24 h post cell seeding, a live-dead staining assay was used to assess cell viability (Enzo Life Sciences AG; Lausen, Switzerland) as previously described [48]. Thereafter, the percentage of live versus dead cells was utilized to quantify cell viability.
