Protocol tips

Protocol tips
Mix 2 µM Calcein AM and 4 µM Ethidium homodimer‐1 in PBS and incubate at 37°C for 20 min.

Publication protocol

LIVE/DEAD® Viability/Cytotoxicity Kit (Molecular Probes) was used on cells analyzed in JuLI™ for 6 h under the conditions described above. The cells were washed twice in PBS, incubated in solution containing 2 µM Calcein AM and 4 µM Ethidium homodimer‐1 in PBS in 37°C for 20 min. After washing in PBS, the cells were examined with a Zeiss fluorescence microscope, Axio Vert.A1 (Carl Zeiss AG).
