- CCK-8 reagent is added at 0, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h and the cells were incubated at 37 °C for 1 h.

Publication protocol

Cell proliferation speed was analyzed by CCK8 (Dojindo, Gaithersburg, MD) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Briefly, cells were seeded at a approximately density of 1×104 in 96-well plates. CCK-8 reagent was added at 0, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h. The plates were incubated for 1 h at 37°C in 5% CO2. The absorbance values at 450 nm were measured with a microplate reader (Labsystems, Helsinki, Finland).
