Publication protocol

Genomic DNA extraction was performed using Wizard Genomic DNA Isolation Kit (Promega, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instruction. The isolated genomic DNA was viewed in 1% agarose under UV transillumination, and the efficiency of DNA extraction was determined using Nanodrop spectrometer (Thermo Scientific, USA)
