Publication protocol

Cell transfection and proliferation assay
Approximately 1.0 × 10 cells were plated and the plasmids were transfected using the FuGENE HD Transfection Reagent (Promega) according to the manufacturer's protocol. Cell proliferation was measured at 490 nm absorbance after incubation for 1 h in Cell Titer 96 Aqueous One Solution (Pro-mega), containing 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium, inner salt (MTS) solution.
