Publication protocol

SH-SY5Y cells (2 × 105) were seeded into 12-well culture plates, treated with 1000 μg/ml EBN and the equivalence 5 μg/ml LF and 10 μg/ml OVF, then followed by 250 μM H2O2 for 2 h. Protocols for the ELISA tests were based on manufacturer instructions. For SOD assay, absorbance of samples were finally read at 490 nm on the Synergy H1 Hybrid Multi-Mode Microplate Reader (BioTek, Winooski, VT, USA), while fluorescence for ROS assay were read at 480/530 nm by Synergy H1 Hybrid Multi-Mode Microplate Reader (BioTek, Winooski, VT, USA).
