seed cells at 3 × 103 cells/well in 96-well plates and treat with gefitinib or AZD9291

Publication protocol

PC9, PC9-G, PC9-3-2, PC9-3-14, and A549 human lung cancer cell lines were seeded at 3 × 103 cells/well in 96-well plates and treated with gefitinib or AZD9291; 96 h later, cell proliferation was assessed using the CellTiter 96 AQueous One Solution Cell Proliferation Assay kit (Promega, Madison, WI, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Three independent experiments were performed and used to determine mean half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50).
