I am having trouble using the QiageN RNAeasy mini kit for CD34+ cells. Any tips?

Experiment: RNA isolation / purification Cells - Cancer cell lines Liver cancer cell lines Hepato cellular carcenoma (SMMC-7721, Huh7 & HepG2))

This kit should work fine for your cells. Your issues can be a result of a lot of different things. For example, make sure you are using an appropriate amount of cells for RNA isolation. Another thing to be careful of is to use RNAse free equipment. Finally, you should do DNAse treatment to remove genomic using a DNAse that is RNAse free.
