Bands were incubated with primary antibodies against PARP(SC-7150, Santa Cruz Biotechnology), glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) (SC-47724, Santa Cruz Biotechnology), β-actin(sc-47778, Santa Cruz Biotechnology), ARRB1 (ab32099, Abcam), ARRB2 (10171-1-AP, Proteintech), LC3B (NB100-2220), GRP78 (NBP1-06274), eIF2α(NB100-81896), and phosphor-eIF2α(NB110-56949) were purchased from Novus Biologicals, phosphor-p44/42MAPK(T202/Y204) (#4370S), phosphor-MEK(#9121S), phosphor-AKT(T308) (#9275S), ATG7 (#2631S), and Beclin-1 (#3738S) were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology.
