Incubate at 37 oC in a CO2 incubator for 24 hours.
On the third day add 100 µl of Cell Dissociation Solution/ Calcein AM to bottom
chamber and incubate at 37 oC in a CO2 incubator for one hour |
Read plate at 485 nm excitation, 520 nm emission |

Publication protocol
CultreCoat® Low BME Cell Invasion Assay was purchased from R&D Systems. Cells were plated in 96 well CultreCoat® plates with either vehicle or R428. 24 hours post therapy cell invasion was measured as per manufactures instructions.
