Protocol tips

Protocol tips
- Cells were treated with 10 µM of 11, or 1 µM of colchicine as a control, for 20 h..

-After incubation cells were centrifuged twice (before (1000 rpm for 5 min) and after (3000 rpm for 5 min) washing.

Publication protocol

The cells (5 × 105 cells/well) were treated with 10 µM of 11, or 1 µM of colchicine as a control, for 20 h. The cells were collected, centrifuged at 1000 rpm for 5 min, then washed with PBS, and centrifuged again at 3000 rpm for 5 min. The cells were fixed with 70% EtOH at −20 °C, and then treated with FxCycleTMPI/RNase Staining Solution (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Kanagawa, Japan). Analysis of the cell cycle distribution was performed using a FACSCanto II flow cytometer (BD Biosciences, Franklin Lakes, NJ, USA).
