Publication protocol

Cell Cycle and Apoptosis Analysis KitCells were fixed in 70% ethanol in PBS at −20∘ C for 12 h after washing three times with cold PBS; then the cells were washed again and stained with 0.5 mL of propidium iodide (PI) staining buffer (it contains 200 mg/mL RNase A and 50 𝜇g/mL PI) at 37∘ C for 30 min in the dark. Analyses were performed on BD LSR flow cytometer. The experiments were repeated three time.
