Protocol tips

Upstream tips
- Cells were analysed for cell cycle after 72h

Publication protocol

A2780 and OVCAR5 cells were transfected with GL2 (negative control) and PTPRZ1 siRNA in 96-well plates using the transfection method as described above for the 96-well format. After 72 h, cells were trypsinized and processed for apoptosis and cell cycle analysis using the Guava Nexin and Guava Cell Cycle assays, respectively, following the manufacturer’s instructions (Guava Technologies, Millipore).
