Protocol tips
- Cells are incubated with various concentrations of ARC for 24 h.

- 70% ice cold ethanol is used as a fixative at −20 °C for at least 3 h.

Publication protocol

Cell cycle distribution was measured using the Muse Cell Cycle Kit (Millipore, MA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Briefly, CT26 cells (1 × 106 cells) were plated in six-well plates and incubated with various concentrations of ARC for 24 h. Cells were harvested and fixed with 70% ice cold ethanol at −20 °C for at least 3 h. After washing with PBS, cell pellets were resuspended in 200 μL of Cell Cycle Reagent and incubated for 30 min at room temperature in the dark. Cells were analyzed by Muse Cell Analyzer and the cell cycle phase distribution was quantified using Muse analysis software (Millipore, MA, USA)
