Publication protocol

Cells were processed with the Senescence b galactosidase Staining kit (Cell Signaling Technology, Millipore) according to the manufacturer’s instructions and were visualized on an Olympus 1 70 fluorescence microscope. Experiments were completed in biological triplicate counting at least 100 cells per plate. Error bars represent the standard error of the means.
