2.3. Plasmid Transfection and Stable Clone Selection
Huh7 cells were transfected with pNF-κB-luc2 by using jetPEI transfection reagent (Polyplus Transfection, Strasbourg, Alsace, France). Huh7/NF-κB-luc2 stable clone was established as previously described [18]. IκBα mutant vector (p-IκBαM, Clontech, Mountain View, CA, USA) was used for the inhibition of NF-κB activation in Huh7/NF-κB-luc2 cells. The procedure of p-IκBαM transfection in Huh7/NF-κB-luc2 cells was described in detail previously [18].
