Publication protocol

Reactions were carried out on the ABI 7500 Fast instrument (Applied Biosystems, Paisley, UK). mRT-PCR assays were carried out in a total volume of 20 μL, comprising 10 μL of QuantiFast Multiplex PCR mastermix (Qiagen), 2 μL of nuclease-free water (Promega), 2 μL of oligonucleotide mixture (), and 6 μL of nucleic acid extract. Cycle parameters were 95°C for 5 min, followed by 45 cycles of 95°C for 45 s and 60°C for 45 s. real-time PCR was carried out with the same reaction components, but with different cycle parameters: 95°C for 5 min, followed by 45 cycles of 95°C for 30 s and 60°C for 30 s.
