Publication protocol

Cytofix/Cytoperm™ Fixation/Permeabilization Kit was from Becton& Dickinson Company (554714), LC3B (PE Conjugate) antibody was from Cell Signaling Technology (8899). Briefly, 5×105 cells were fixed and permeabilized by Fixation/Permeabilization solution for 20 minutes in dark at 4°C, washed for two times and incubated with negative control, LC3B or SQSTM1 antibodies at 4°C for 30 minutes in the dark. After washed two times, cells were resuspended in Staining Buffer and followed by flowcytometric analysis.
