Publication protocol

Immunostaining was performed as we previously described.66 Briefly, cells seeded in coverslips were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and probed with antibodies against LC3B and TH, followed by incubation with appropriate fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies (Thermo Fisher Scientific, A-21206 and A-31570). Coverslips were observed and photographed under a confocal microscope (LSM 700, Zeiss, Oberkochen, Germany).
