Product
CM-H2DCFDA (General Oxidative Stress Indicator) from Thermo Fisher Scientific
Manufacturer
Thermo Fisher Scientific

Protocol tips

Upstream tips
- Do not dissolve products until immediately prior to use
Protocol tips
- Cells were measure for ROS levels after 24h of platting.

Publication protocol

Intracellular ROS levels were measured at 24 hours post-plating using CM-H2DCFDA (Thermo Fisher Scientific) as described previously [31]. Each of 3 independent experiments included a negative control of unlabeled cells to verify staining specificity. Results were normalized to cell number obtained by staining with crystal violet.
