otal RNA was prepared using the Isolate II Rna Mini Kit (Bioline). 255 – 500 ng of RNA was reverse transcribed into cDNA using a kit (Applied Biosystems). qRT-PCR reactions were performed as described [1] using the Universal Probe Library system (Roche) and a SENSIFast Probe kit (Bioline). Expression of tubulin was used to normalize the expression of CT values
