Publication protocol

RNA was isolated from cell lines using the SV Total RNA Isolation System (Promega). 1 to 1.5 μg of total DNA was converted to cDNA using the QuantiTech Reverse Transcription Kit (Qiagen) or Maxima First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (Fermenta Life Science) according to the manufacturer’s instruction.
