Total cellular RNA was extracted from Sf9L5814 cells (5 x 106 cells) in a late growth phase culture (2.0–3.0 x 106 cells/ml, 98% cell viability) by using the miRNeasy mini kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA). One-step RT-PCR was performed on total cellular RNA using SuperScript One-Step RT-PCR with Platinum® Taq (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA)
