Publication protocol

H. pylori total RNA was extracted using RNeasy Protect Bacteria Reagent and RNeasy Mini Kit (QIAGEN, Hilden, Germany) following manufacturer’s recommendations. Total RNA of gastric specimens and AGS cells was isolated using RNeasy Plus Universal Mini Kit (QIAGEN, Hilden, Germany) following the manufacturer’s recommendations (without gDNA Eliminator Solution)
