Publication protocol

Total RNA was extracted from the cultured cells using a High Pure RNA Isolation Kit (RNAiso Plus; Takara Bio, Shiga, Japan). The purity and quantity of the RNA preparations were determined by measuring the optical densities of the solutions at 260 and 280 nm.
