Publication protocol

Total RNA was extracted using Isogen reagent (Nippon Gene, Tokyo, Japan) following the manufacturer's instructions. RNA (1 μg) was reverse-transcribed using the SuperScript III reverse transcriptase kit (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA).
