- Always blank the spectrophotometer with your elution buffer.

- When measuring 260 nm absorbance, a unit of 1 on this scale equals to 40 ng of RNA.

Total RNA was extracted from Sb35-, As35-, or P35-treated vascular endothelial cells that were transfected with or without the siRNAs by using RNeasy Lipid Tissue Mini kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA, USA).
