Publication protocol

The total mRNA was extracted using the PureZOL reagent (Bio-Rad) and Magnetic mRNA Isolation Kit (NEB). First strand cDNA was synthesized with Random Hexamer primers and SuperScript III Reverse Transcriptase (Life Technologies).
