Publication protocol

Total RNA was isolated from cells using NucleoSpin RNA II Kit (Macherey-Nagel, Duren, Germany). The amount of isolated RNA was quantified by measuring its absorbance at 260 nm and the integrity of RNA was confirmed by electrophoresis on agarose gel stained with GelRed nucleic acid gel stain (Biotium).
