An miR-217 mimic, miR-217 inhibitor, miRNA negative controlmimic (con mimic), miRNA negative control inhibitor (con inhibitor),circ10084 siRNA, control siRNA, pcDNA3.1-EZH2 (pcD-EZH2), and pcDNA3.1-control (pcD-con) were synthesized by RiBoBio (Guangzhou,China). EZH2 siRNA was purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology(Santa Cruz, CA). Cells were transiently transfected by use of Lipofecta-mine 2000 reagent (Invitrogen) according to the manufacturer's proto-col. At 24 h after transfection, cells were harvested and used for experiments
