DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS).

Publication protocol

SCC (A431) cells were procured from the Shanghai Cell Bank of the Chinese Science
Institute. A431 cells were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS).
The cell types were maintained in a CO2
incubator at 37°C and 85 ± 5% relative humidity. At 70%
confluence, the cells displaying normal morphology and multiplication patterns were obtained for
use in further experiments.
