Publication protocol

A431 cells (1×107 ml) were inoculated in The DMEM medium containing 10﹪ FBS, and cultured in an incubator at 37°C, 5% CO2 and saturated humidity. Medium was changed every 3 days, and the cells were observed under an inverted microscope (Olympus IX83, Olympus Corporation, Tokyo, Japan). At 100% cell confluence, 0.25% trypsin was used to digest the culture cell lines. Cells of the logarithmic growth phase were chosen for experiments.
