Publication protocol

Human normal breast epithelial MCF-10A cells, TNBC cell lines (MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-436 and MDA-MB-453) and 293 cells were purchased from ATCC, authenticated by cytogenetic analysis and were used within 6 months or stored in liquid nitrogen. Cells were cultured in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM; Gibco; Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc., Waltham, MA, USA) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS; HyClone; GE Healthcare Life Sciences, Logan, UT, USA) in an incubator at 37°C with 5% CO2.
