Publication protocol

The human H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cell line was purchased from the Cell Bank of Shanghai (Institute of Cell Biology, Shanghai, China). All cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 (HyClone; GE Healthcare Life Sciences, Logan, UT, USA), supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Zhejiang Tianhang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou, China), 100 U/ml penicillin and 100 µg/ml streptomycin (Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology, Shanghai, China) in a humidified atmosphere containing 5% CO2 in an incubator at 37°C. All experiments were performed on cells in the logarithmic phase of growth.
