-The entire kit may be stored at -20°C for long term storage before reconstitution. - Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Equilibrate all reagents to room temperature (18-25°C) prior to use. -Prepare fresh reagents immediately prior to use. If crystals have formed in the concentrate, mix gently until the crystals have completely dissolved.	-Before using the kit, briefly centrifuge the tubes in case any of the contents are trapped in the lid. -Do not let the 96-well plate dry out as this will inactivate active components on plate. -It is suggested that the diluted ABC and TMB solution be pre-warmed in 37°C for 30 minutes before using.	-Any remaining standard should be stored at -20°C after reconstitution and used within 30 days.

Publication protocol

ELISA was conducted with a Human BMP-2 ELISA kit, according to the manufacturer's protocol. Briefly, 10 µl serum and 40 µl diluent were added. Except for the blank wells, 100 µl horseradish peroxidase-labeled antibody was added to the wells. The plate was sealed with film and incubated at 37°C for 1 h. Following five washes with the provided washing reagent, 50 µl of substrate A and B were added to each well and incubated at 37°C for 15 min. Then, 50 µl termination solution was added to each well, and the optical density value at 450 nm was measured within 15 min.
