Publication protocol

Total RNA was extracted using MagNA pure compact RNA isolation kit (Roche Applied Science, Germany. Cat No: 04802993001) in automated MagNA pure compact system (Roche, Germany). cDNA synthesis and Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) samples were prepared using a iScript One-step RT-PCR Kit with SYBER Green (Bio-Rad, USA) and run on a Light Cycler (Roche) PCR machine.
