-The entire kit may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 year from the date of shipment. -Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. -The kit may be stored at 4°C for up to 6 months. -Bring all reagents and samples to room temperature (18 - 25ºC) before use.	-Levels of Dkk-1 may vary between different samples. Optimal dilution factors for each sample must be determined by the investigator. -A standard curve must be run with each assay. -Keep substrate solution protected from light. -Read immediately after adding STOP solution.	-Store your standard at <-70ºC after reconstitution, others at 4ºC.

Publication protocol

The concentrations of gastrin, ghrelin, PGE2 and histamine in serum as well as in the supernatant of gastric tissue homogenates were measured using commercially available ELISA kits (gastrin, Ray Biotech, Inc., Norcross, GA, USA; and PGE2, ghrelin and histamine, Glory Science Co., Ltd, Del Rio, TX, USA). Each assay was performed in duplicate according to the manufacturer's instructions. The minimal detection limits for gastrin, PGE2, ghrelin and histamine were 9.92 pg ml−1, < 0.24 ng l−1, < 0.24 pg ml−1 and < 0.54 ng ml−1, respectively.
