Serum levels of mouse IgG2bκ were measured by ELISA in duplicate according to the manufacturer's instructions.16 OPN, MCP-1, and SDF-1α levels in CM of preadipocytes and mature adipocytes were measured using mouse OPN, MCP-1, and SDF-1α ELISA kits. All assays were performed according to the manufacturer's protocols with each sample measured in duplicate.
