Publication protocol
Chromatin immunoprecipitation assays were performed according to the manufacturer's protocol (ChIP Kit Magnetic One-Step; Abcam, Cambridge, UK). The GATA3 antibody purchased from Abcam (cat no. ab199428; dilution, 1:25), were used for the chromatin immunoprecipitation assays.
