Publication protocol
ChIP-Seq data were analyzed using CAM (66). The aggregation plots of both vector-IRF1 sample and Lv1-F, IRF1 samples over promoter regions were generated in 10-bp resolution. Multiple key quality control measurements such as sequencing coverage and nucleosome organization profiles were generated and compared with a set of 268 historical MNase-Seq datasets in human and mouse that serve as a reference.
